Foundation Day - Investiture Ceremony

06 May, 2025

School leadership is not just about wearing a badge—it’s about upholding the values of the institution, inspiring peers through action, and leading with humility, integrity, and purpose. In every badge pinned lies a promise—to honour the school, act with wisdom, and serve with a heart committed to excellence. Sagar Vidya Niketan proudly celebrated its 10th Foundation Day along with the Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2025–26 on 5th July 2025. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Amit Shrivastava, BRC Urban, Bhopal, as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Rupali Richharya, BRC Rural, Bhopal, as the Guest of Honour. The programme began with the warm welcome of the dignitaries, followed by the ceremonial Lamp Lighting and a devotional dance performing Ganesh Vandana, invoking blessings. Celebrating a decade of dedication and excellence, the school proudly looked back at its journey of growth. The energetic March Past by all four houses set the stage for the Investiture Ceremony, where the newly elected student council received their badges of responsibility and took the oath of office, pledging to lead with commitment and integrity. One of the most inspiring moments of the event was the felicitation of Class XII scholars (2024–25). Students who scored above 90% in the CBSE Board Examination were honoured with a cash prize of ₹5000/- each, applauding their hard work, consistency, and determination. Their achievements stood as a beacon of academic excellence for others to follow. The celebration also included an insightful presentation on “Kabir ke Doha”, bringing forth timeless values of humility, truth, and wisdom. The Chief Guest and Guest of Honour, in their addresses, lauded the efforts of the Sagar Group in the school’s progress and motivated the students to pursue excellence with sincerity and purpose. The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, delivered by the newly elected Head Boy and Head Girl. The event concluded on a patriotic note with the National Anthem, leaving everyone with pride in the school’s legacy and hope for a brighter future.
