79th Independence Day "मुझे तोड़ लेना वनमाली! उस पथ पर देना तुम फेंक, मातृभूमि पर शीश चढ़ाने जिस पथ जावें वीर अनेक l" Freedom is not just a gift from the past, it is the responsibility of the present and the promise of the future. A wave of patriotism and joy swept through our school during the week-long Independence Day celebrations. Each day was filled with vibrant competitions — soulful patriotic songs, graceful dances, vivid paintings, and the colourful Fancy Dress Competition — where students showcased their talent, creativity, and love for our motherland. The grand celebration on 15th August was a magnificent display of pride and unity, featuring the winners’ outstanding performances and a heartfelt skit on the valour of Kargil warriors. Every moment resonated with courage, sacrifice, and togetherness, leaving an inspiring mark on every heart. "Let us celebrate our freedom not just today, but in our actions every day."

Session on Self-defense

In a world full of uncertainties, teaching our students the art of self-defense is not just about strength — it’s about building confidence, courage, and the will to stand tall. A special Karate and Self-Defense training session was organized today to promote awareness about physical fitness, discipline, and personal safety among students. The session was conducted by Shri P.G. Vasavan Nair, a highly respected martial arts expert holding a Black Belt 6th Dan (Shito-Ryu style) and a Black Belt 5th Dan certified by the All India Karate Federation. He was accompanied by Mrs. Sujatha Vasavan Nair, a trained and experienced Black Belt holder known for her expertise in conducting Karate and self-defense classes. Nair Sir came along with his dedicated team of martial arts practitioners, who added great energy and precision to the session. The team presented a powerful demonstration of various martial art forms, showcasing real-time applications of Karate, Judo, and Taekwondo techniques. The audience was captivated by their strength, coordination, and control. The session included an insightful introduction to the differences between Judo, Karate, and Taekwondo, followed by live demonstrations of various combat techniques and self-defense moves. Students watched in awe as the team displayed skillful tricks and effective techniques. Students were made aware as to how self-defense is not just about strength but also about mindfulness and self belief. The session was interactive, empowering, and immensely informative. Students actively participated and learned how to stay alert, protect themselves, and respond wisely in case of emergencies. The demonstration left a lasting impression. The event concluded with a warm vote of thanks, appreciating the efforts of Shri P.G.Vasavan Nair and his entire team for conducting such a meaningful and inspiring session.

Parents-Teacher Meeting 2025

II PTM : 2nd August 2025 "Strong partnerships between home and school lay the foundation for every child's success." The Parent-Teacher Meeting conducted on 2nd August 2025 for the Second Unit Test saw sincere and active participation from parents, reflecting their commitment to their child's progress. The meeting offered a meaningful space for teachers and parents to discuss students’ academic performance, classroom behaviour, and overall development. Teachers provided constructive feedback, while parents listened with interest and shared their thoughts. This healthy exchange helped strengthen the connection between home and school, emphasizing the value of teamwork in nurturing each child’s growth. The PTM concluded on a positive note, with a shared resolve to keep working together for the success and well-being of every student.
